Upside is that it's a great price for being in Tribeca. Downside is even after the remodel it has some shortcomings. The most normal of which is it is noisy. The streets outside are noisy and the people inside are too. Rooms are small and quaint.

Hotel in great location close to WTC, just few minutes from Brooklyn bridge or Wall street. Metro station is under the hotel so you can reach uptown within minutes. Very helpful staff, hotel has its own lobby bar and good breakfast (comparing to others, this is above the average). One very negative experience was "standard room" which should be for 2 person but its absolutely not. There is simply not enough space and very small bed so 2 person couldnt sleep there. For 1 person its ok, but if you are 2, dont order this room as this should be single room only!

Bel hôtel idéalement situé. Dommage que le service client ne soit pas à la hauteur ! Nous avons du repayer des petits déjeuners alors qu’ils avaient déjà été payés lors de la réservation sur Booking. Le personnel du petit déjeuner semblait débordé et désorganisé.
