The preferred parking is conveniently located at 101 Murray Street. Guests have the option to self-park at $45 for a sedan per 24 hours and $55 for oversized vehicles per 24 hours. There is a special validation code offers to guests. Please inquire at the front desk to receive the special discounted rates.

Our concierge can help you book tickets to events and attractions throughout Manhattan as well as recommend activities, make reservations for the best restaurants in Tribeca, and arrange for a car service. Please email us at info@frederickhotelnyc.com.

Dogs under 40 pounds (18 kg) are welcome at The Frederick Hotel. Reservations with dogs are subject to a one-time cleaning fee of $150 per pet. Service animals are welcome with proper identification. VIP your Pup with the Paw Package and receive amenities including a dog bowl, toy, bed, treats, plus a discounted cleaning fee.

We are happy to store luggage on check-in and check-out days. Our luggage storage service is complimentary for guests.

While we do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out based on availability, we cannot guarantee either. If you are planning to arrive early or will require a late check-out, please contact The Frederick Hotel reservation desk.

Cribs are available for any room or suite type by request and are complementary to use. For your convenience, you can contact us ahead of your arrival to arrange for cribs to be setup prior to arrival by emailing Frederick@triumphhotels.com.

Our on-site restaurant with a seasonal rooftop, Serafina Tribeca, serves a modern yet authentic Italian menu for brunch, lunch, and dinner, as well as in-room dining service. The Frederick Hotel is also home to Primo’s, art deco bar and lounge, which serves a full bar and cocktail menu with live DJ sets. For casual eats, Sweetgreen serves a healthful menu in addition to our full-service Starbucks®.

Refrigerators are not standard in our accommodations, but can be easily requested from the front desk. If you’d like to have a mini fridge setup in your room or suite prior to arrival, please contact The Frederick Hotel to make arrangements.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere within The Frederick Hotel, including rooms, restaurants, and the rooftop. A cleaning fee may be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.

Midtown Manhattan, specifically Penn Station on 34th Street, is a 10-minute subway ride on the 1, 2, 3, A, or C trains, while the Times Square Station and Theater District on 42nd Street is the next stop on each of those subway lines. Both subway stations are a short walk from The Frederick Hotel; you can catch the uptown 1, 2, and 3 trains from the corner of Broadway and Chambers Street or the A and C trains on Chambers Street at Church Street.

In addition to the 1, 2, 3, A, C, N, R, and W subway lines located within a five-minute walk from the hotel, The Frederick Hotel is also close to the Battery Park City / Vesey Street ferry, which provides access by ferry to Brooklyn and New Jersey, as well as PATH train service to New Jersey at the World Trade Center Station and the Whitehall Terminal for the Staten Island Ferry.

Brooklyn is easily accessible from Tribeca. A taxi to Brooklyn from The Frederick is 11 minutes. There are several trains in Tribeca that take you to different areas of Brooklyn. Just a block away on Chambers Street are trains C and A, or take a short walk to the J-M-Z train. The East River Route Ferry departs from Wall Street Pier 11 and takes you to multiple neighborhoods in Brooklyn including DUMBO, South Williamsburg, North Williamsburg, and Greenpoint. And of course, the Brooklyn Bridge is a fun excursion via foot or bike.
