The only significant downside: ...

The only significant downside: Check out which days the bar is open. If your room is on the second floor, you will not sleep before they close (which might be significantly later than advertised on google maps). Rooms are quiet when the bar is closed.

had a great experience staying here! the rooms were clean, loved the shower because the knob was on the opposite side of the shower head slippers, robes, hair dryer, etc were all supplied it’s a quiet area but close to the metro and other locations i would def return
