What Guests Are Saying About The Frederick Hotel

For several years now, The Frederick has been our trusted home away from home during every business trip to New York — and by now, it’s much more than just a hotel to us. From the moment you step into the impeccably maintained lobby, you’re welcomed not only by the refined decor and elegant atmosphere, but also by a delightful signature scent that fills the air — instantly making you feel relaxed, pampered, and truly cared for. It’s this kind of attention to detail that makes The Frederick unforgettable. The staff are nothing short of exceptional — warm, professional, and always one step ahead. At the front desk, Ariel welcomes you with an impeccable and contagious smile, setting the tone for a stay that feels both personal and uplifting. And General Manager Mr. Falco is simply outstanding: present, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond to meet any need with grace and genuine care. The rooms are spotless, beautifully quiet despite the vibrant location, and equipped with every imaginable comfort — the ideal retreat after a long day in the city. Quite simply, there is no New York City for me without The Frederick. A true gem in the heart of Tribeca.

Location is great, when you step out the door you are able to see the freedom tower and the empire! Room was really clean, we enjoyed the room and the bed! Breakfast is good, staff was ok
