I can't rate location because it really depends on your needs. I'd you need to bebdowntownz it's great!

This place could do ...

This place could do with an update. The rooms are not very big so you pay for the location. The room was clean and the bathroom is great, but the corridors smell old and dated. Friendly staff.

Rooms are very compact ...

Rooms are very compact but location and lovely bathroom made up for it! Great Happy Hour and v close to the subway. And a view of the World Trade Centre from our window! Breakfast a bit perfunctory but it was included so maybe I shouldn't complain!
