Great breakfast and clean ...

Great breakfast and clean overall. We had a window above the exit to the bar. That was pretty loud around 2am.

Clean and well equipped ...

Clean and well equipped rooms. But they're tiny, even by NY standards. The location is great. Subway stops right by the hotel and Battery Park is 10 mins away on foot.
