The Tribeca location is amazing but everything else is quite average. There is nothing special or memorable about the rooms or service. They were both good, not great. The highlights of the hotel are the comfortable beds and the convenient location.

Great location and reasonably priced. Comfortable but small rooms. No room in the fridge for anything but mini bar items. Good onsite restaurant for in room or sit down dining. Best for a business traveler, not the family.

Small rooms but a great location downtown Manhattan. Right next to a subway station and walking distance from a lot of landmarks. Price is decent for the area it's in, but it could be a little more maintained.
