Nice hotel conveniently located, rooms are a bit small but I wasn’t expecting anything different in New York! Breakfast was good and the staff was quite nice. Bonus point for the flower shop in the lobby!

great hotel overall but the cheaper rooms in classic New York style just face the berth of rooms on the opposite wall with 2m of clearance and naught but a dirty guttered roof running between them. if you're on the second floor ask to face the street or to be moved up. management: I suggest you put some green growth outside the inside windows to make it less offensive to open the curtains, and add another lamp, on a rainy day the room is dismal in terms of light.

Great hotel, location can't be beat in Manhattan. Close to many subway lines and bus routes. Hotel is presented to a good standard with all amenities in the rooms. Beds super comfy with great quality bedding. Towels are luxurious. The bar is cosy with a good drinks menu. Looking forward to going back
