The room is smaller than we thought. But the location and the service there were excellent.

Simple, no frills hotel with expected NY size (small) rooms that are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, it seems overall quiet and location is great for subway (Chambers), and if you want to walk down to the north financial district or up to Soho. Choice of good places to eat in and arround the hotel.
