Great location and friendly staff. However, the rooms are not sound isolated and even though I was on the 7th floor, I could hear all noise from the streets. The internet is super bad and slow, I had a really hard time to work. The breakfast is just a grab n hi bag with a croissant and a fruit. The beds and sheets have really high quality.

Stayed for about a month. Nice staff, clean rooms, great location and vibe. Suuuper noisy if you get the street view though. Because of restaurants and traffic I felt like trying to sleep at a party even at 2 am on the early fall weekends. Did not appreciate the mandatory $30 a day for the gym (never used) and the “free” internet. The internet was unusable for anything other than reading emails during my entire stay (<2 Mb/s). A SIM card with unlimited high speed data is about $50 a month, for comparison. Don’t rely on the free breakfast too much, it is rather a snack.

I went here for a week at the beginning of April, for a business trip. The hotel position is super, directly connected to subway, close to the financial district and the area around is quite calm, good to have a nice rest during the night, without noise from the street. The lobby is small but directly connected to the Serafina restaurant, at the desk you will find always nice staff ready to help you in all your needs. My first reservation was for a standard room, but as soon i recognized the not affordable dimensions, i immediately asked for an room upgrade. The new one was good, very clean, with all the services necessary. The two weak points from my point of view are, few wardrobes and not so much space for clothes, second the noise isolation on the window must be improved. In the hotel there’s also a bar for a evening drink’s, but only during the weekend. The price is in line with other hotels in that area and in consideration to the services provided. I suggest to stay here…is a good hotel
