Great location, good service ...

Great location, good service and OK room.

Perfect downtown location, steps ...

Perfect downtown location, steps from the Chambers St 1/2/3 subway station, cute room, decently sized bathroom - only issue was the window unit A/C that pumped out more noise than cool air. Granted, it shouldn't be 80 degrees at the end of Sept - thankfully there was a ceiling fan and nice high ceilings that helped. Other than that I would recommend this location.
