This is now my ...

This is now my favorite hotel in NYC. I was thoroughly pleased. Complimentary breakfast, cozy robes, wine social, the bed was a little firm but I slept well, so conveniently located to the subway so for those that don’t live in NYC you can easily get to where you need to go right on the subway, amazing customer service. 5 stars.

The hotel was really ...

The hotel was really great but the next door restaurant that served breakfast and were we had some drinks wasn’t that good. The staff was not that welcoming and the breakfast could be better.
