Super friendly staff, especially the General Manager (Robert) and the Director of Front Office (Angelli). Doorman will always be on guard and make you feel welcome from the second you arrive.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Downtown in der Nähe des World-Trade-Center. Die Ubahn Station liegt unmittelbar vor dem Hotel und man ist in ca. 12 Minuten am Times Square. Frühstück gibt es beim benachbarten Italiener, ist zwar einfach aber in Ordnung, Auswahl könnte aber für deutsche Verhältnisse größer sein. Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber sauber. Service im Hotel ist sehr gut, wir konnten beispielsweise nachdem Checkout problemlos unsere Koffer noch kostenlos im Hotel lassen. Auch liegt auf dem Zimmer ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk (Kekse, Wasser, Bretzel+ handgeschriebene Karte)

I’ve been staying at the Frederick Hotel for years, and it continues to be my go-to hotel. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff consistently provide excellent customer service and make every stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Robert, who assisted me. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high level of service year after year. I highly recommend the Frederick Hotel and look forward to many more stays in the future!
