Hotel has a good ...

Hotel has a good location near transit and restaurants. The rooms are small, but acceptable. My room had a super loud fridge that woke me up in the middle of the night.

Upside is that it's a great price for being in Tribeca. Downside is even after the remodel it has some shortcomings. The most normal of which is it is noisy. The streets outside are noisy and the people inside are too. Rooms are small and quaint.
