Posizione ottima, vicinissima a due linee della metro ed è possibile raggiungere velocemente a piedi tutta lower Manhattan.Stile dell'hotel e arredamento molto curati e ben tenuti. La colazione non era particolarmente variegata, ma abbondante e buona. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Camera piccolina. Rumore in camera non solo proveniente dall'esterno ma anche dai sistemi di ventilazione dell'hotel e dal frigo e televisione (non è stato possibile scollegarli. Doccia con regolazione della temperatura non intuitiva e imprecisa: bisogna decidere se fare la doccia con l'acqua bollente o leggermente fredda.

Rooms and location is good. Clean and tidy. But the breakfast is chaos. Buffet available in smaller dishes and people have to wait until they are refilled. Only few options available and staff in there only keen to collect the breakfast voucher rather than provide a good service.

Family of four (two under 3 yrs old). Frederick was fantastic for staff, service, location, and amenities. Happy we spent our 10-day vacation with them. Across the street from the subway and in a walkable neighbourhood with a nearby playground and essential stores. All the front staff were super friendly. Staying there was the first time we felt that a hotel was more than four walls and a roof, but it was staff that made the difference. You represent NYC well, Frederick! Much love! No view, though, just the inside atrium, but we didn't miss it. It was a great home base to explore NYC.
