Small but clean, well ...

Small but clean, well organized, quiet and comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff and perfect location to walk or take the subway to uptown on the express train, right outside the hotel. Excellent restaurants in the vicinity including Serafina, Italian style food. So yummy. As well great, full breakfast and free walking tours and even a happy hours some days. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is the biggest ...

Breakfast is the biggest negative. Available in so small dishes at counter and others have to wait until hot breakfast become available. Waited so keen to collect the tickets rather than service. Rooms are fine, but some are so cramped. Cleanliness is the plus point.
