Incredible experience at The Frederick. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, and the proximity to many sites was amazing. The hotel bar was also a wonderful place to hang out and unwind. Highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely love staying here. Three years ago in 2022 we had our wedding guests stay here and the crew here really made it a memorable stay. This year we got to share the experience with our son and everyone was very courteous and appreciated our return visit, it was extremely welcoming. The entire staff here was so kind and helpful. I want to recognize Miracle, Anthony, Alisia, Terrell, Jerry and Elijah. We will absolutely return again. We love the Frederick.

We recently spent six nights at The Frederick. The location was perfect for exploring NYC. The subway station right outside of the hotel took us most everywhere we wanted to go. For trips that required a different subway line, the next nearest station was about a 3 minute walk away. We walked to both the World Trade Center area and Battery Park from the hotel. The neighborhood felt incredible safe and there were lots of dining options nearby. The room was small, as would be expected at the oldest hotel in NYC but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We were warmly greeted by the doorman and offered bottled water by the front desk staff when we'd return to the hotel at the end of the day. There was always a bowl of clementines sitting out, the continental breakfast was delicious, and the free glasses of wine on select nights was great. The best part of staying at The Frederick, however, was the inclusion of the free walking tours. We took three of the tours and they were all top notch. I would book here again just to experience the rest of the walking tours.
