Pros: -Fairly priced boutique hotel -Very convenient location in Tribeca, Chambers Street subway stop (express + local) outside hotel door. -Lovely lobby with daily wine happy hour and friendly, helpful staff -Very nicely appointed rooms -Complimentary continental breakfast (croissants, toast, yogurt, fruit, juices and coffee/tea). -Bar/restaurant behind lobby and Italian restaurant next door (connected to lobby) with rooftop deck -Near CVS, Whole Foods, nice wine shop. Cons: -My only complaint is the night street noise off of Chambers. Not sure what was going on but seemed like noisy trash collection/loud vehicles. Hotel maybe look into timing of trash collection and/or whether further soundproofing warranted.

Really easy to access ...

Really easy to access all areas as Chambers Street tube is literally outside. Neighbourhood is great, buzzy but safe. Walkable to Financial District/Brooklyn/ Soho/Greenwich Village. Hotel has a lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has plenty of choice and delicious, all freshly made and served in a really pretty dining area.
